Placing an Order : Once an order has been placed on our website it will be forwarded to us to be processed, on receiving payment and assuming the products are in stock the order will then be sent out. Products we hold in stock will be processed within a 24 hour time frame, products that need to be ordered from our suppliers will require a longer processing time. As a general rule please allow 3-5 business days for delivery of your order. In most cases orders will arrive the following day after being dispatched. Availability of Products Not Just Cables is unable guarantee the availability of any product listed on our website at any time. Products can become obsolete or short/out of stock from our suppliers. This could happen at the same time you place an order, as our suppliers deal with thousands of orders each day. If you want to be sure on a product before ordering please contact us via email to confirm availability. We would prefer to confirm availability of items, especially if only 1 is showing as in stock before the order is placed. Not Just Cables does hold stock of some items in case our suppliers run out. If an order is placed and a product is out of stock or no longer available, the options will be as follows.... 1. A refund on the product that is unavailable. 2. Waiting for the item to become available on "Back Order". 3. Looking at an alternative product, this could be priced more or less than the original, meaning a refund or additional payment is required. (In the case of an alternative product costing more we will always do our best to reduced the price if we can.) Order Status You can check the status of your orders at any stage while logged in to our website, by clicking My Account from the top menu within the website. You will then see an order tracking utility, this feature will display the product order and delivery status of all orders placed under your customer login.
